Dear Cacoo User,

We updated Cacoo today and wanted to let you know what changes and
enhancements we have made to Cacoo.

1. Images can be added to Cacoo by entering a URL
With this update you can add images to Cacoo diagrams by entering the
URL of the image. Instead of downloading an image from a website to
your computer and uploading it to Cacoo, the process has become much
more streamlined.

2. Image Cropping
You can crop images from inside Cacoo now.
If you double click you can then select the area of the image you
would like to crop. By pressing the Alt key while dragging, you can
create a copy of the cropped area.

3. Snap to Grid
You can now select snap to grid from the contextual menu. This makes
it much easier to make wireframes and site layouts.

4. Tool Tips
When editing a diagram, various tool tips will appear in the lower
right side of the canvas. For example, if you are moving an object it
will tell give you a tip on how to move the object without having it
align to other objects.
We think these tool tips will make it easier to learn how to use
Cacoo more efficiently.

5. New stencils
We added the following stencils in this update.

* iPhone
* iPad
* File Icons
* Simple Icons
* People

6. Making new diagrams from inside folders
If you are in a folder and create a new diagram, the diagram will be
created inside the folder. This makes it much easier to organize your
diagrams.

7. Other Functionality
We also added the following functionality

* New Shortcuts
* Alt+Drag copying now snaps to existing objects.

We plan to release another update in September.
